My wife and I had the pleasure of staying two nights parked at this awesome park outside Pagosa Springs, CO. The hospitality was great and the hospitality much more than we expected, making it a pleasant experience. Having met Bob was a pleasure in itself, he made us feel more than welcome and is quite a host. He introduced us around to your "regulars". Thank you again and I would rate your location, accomodations and hospitality with 10 out of 10 stars. Excellent. We look forward to our next visit.

We finally made it to Pagosa Springs to see our long time friends Bob & Shirley, there at the Ragosa Springs RV Park. They have made a very nice park there and make you feel extremely welcome. The grounds are pristine and the people staying there are wonderful. It's so quiet and peaceful ! Thank you so much for the hospitatility Bob & Shirley !! We will be back.

Very nice and peaceful. Great to have the birds wake us up in the morning.
Bob and Shirley are exceptional hosts. We have only owned our pop-up for a month and I stink at backing up. Bob backed it in for us.
If things are not right they will make it right.
My wife and I would give this camp ground a 10. It could not be better.

Wonderful would sum up our recent stay at this exceptional RV park! It's nice to feel grass beneath your feet instead of gravel. I loved getting that morning sun to warm you up but then in the evening the mountain shade protects you and your trailer from the heat. We did not even need to use our awning! We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at this RV park from July 3, 2013 until July 8, 2013 and we can't thank the Sprague's enough for their hospitality. We have never experienced this level of hospitality at any other park. The prices at the park are very reasonable and there is grass every where, no muddy shoes,YES! So drop on in and spend some time with the Sprague's, you won't want to leave.

This park is everything that this site says it is. Very peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in space #8 and every day about 4:00 pm, the sun would go behind the mountain and it would look overcast like it was going to rain! I loved this as a nice relief from the hot summer we are having this year. Bob is the most friendly person you will ever meet. He is a great host and a hard worker at keeping this beautiful park in tip top shape for everyone to enjoy! The wine, popcorn and ice cream were a big plus as we sat outside and enjoyed these amenities surrounded by the beautiful green grass.and the other friendly campers. If in the Pagosa Springs area, you must stay at this wonderful park!

We stayed here for the first time and couldn't ask for a warmer welcome. Bob came and helped us unload our four wheelers and made us feel welcome from the start. Shirley was sweet and made sure we were taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the quiet area. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We want to thank Darel and Tammy for appreciation days October 4-6 to see the change of colors. This is the best RV Park we've ever stayed at, I would recommend it to every body. The hospitality is what really counts and you get that the moment you arrive . Thanks to Bob and Shirley

This is a great Park. The place is very beautiful, the nicest one we have ever been too. We would like to thank Darrell and Tammy for the complimentary stay to see the wonderful colors of fall. The park is beautiful, but it is truly the people of park that makes this place the best to stay while in Pagosa. Thank you Bob and Shirley, for making our stay even better. May Our Lord Jesus Christ richly bless your rv park.

beautiful area.would recommend staying here anytime you're in the Pagosa Springs area. great hospitality and very well maintained and clean. the camp hosts, Bob and Shirley are two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. next time we're in the area we'll definitely stay here. a rating of ten.

We stayed there during the summer of 2013. I was also amazed by how we were treated while on their front porch while visiting that evening. Also watched a movie in their back yard! Outstanding stay with very well kept facilities! See you every year!

The Sprague family family was absolutely wonderful... warm and friendly - a true pleasure to spend time with. Those new Polaris Razors are awesome and a real kick in the pants! The facilities and cabin was top notch and very clean. Look forward to coming back again! Bob, tell Hiram howdy for me next time you see him!

Beautiful setting, wonderful friendly and fun people, close to Pagosa Springs. SOO much to see and do. If you love Colorado you must see what Pagosa Springs RV has to offer. We had a great time with Daryl, Tammy and Bob and look forward to our next visit.

We stayed in this RV park in Aug. 2015. The park is beautiful, with green grass and a great mountain view. It's very clean and well maintained. We were offered a free bottle of wine, ice cream and movie nights. They have an awesome large porch at their office with swings, chairs, tables and light blankets for chilly nights. We were able to chat with the owners and several of the other guests. They also rent ATV's for exploring which we did and had a blast. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend this RV Park.

AMAZING, would be the word I would use to describe our stay at Pagosa Springs RV Park and Campground. This was our first CO trip as a family of four, the kids enjoyed our cabin. The cabin was beautifully furnished and accommodating. We rented the 4seater atv and went out on a trail and made some great family memories. The owners of the place, were very nice and their hospitality is why we will be back. So much fun, this little diamond in the woods is a great place to stay!
